Code of Conduct

Chris is multi-skilled, trustworthy, punctual, polite, carries I.D. and will always leave your property tidy.

 

I generally work alone, but for larger projects I may need to bring in specialist subcontractors as required.

My pledge to you is:

​

• I am 100% trustworthy - many customers are happy for me to work in their homes without them being present giving me access to their keys (and my reputation is very much based on this).

• I will always act in a polite, friendly, professional manner, and will keep you abreast of progress.

• I am DBS checked for your peace of mind (and of course can provide certification upon request).

• I carry public liability insurance of £2m and £100k professional indemnity insurance to cover any eventualities.

• I will always tidy up after a job leaving the completed space clean and tidy (although I ask you to dispose of any rubbish as this is cheaper for you).

• I will never take on work I am unable to do and will always be honest and frank with my customers in advance of any work undertaken.

• During COVID restrictions I will continue to work whilst strictly observing social distancing measures and guidance and please ask you to do the same.

• All work is guaranteed for 3 months after completion for your peace of mind. If the work is faulty beyond fair wear and tear, it will be rectified.
